This Privacy Statement explains how information is handled when you interact with Fitio, an AI character chat application operated by Fitio Team.
Using Fitio means you understand and accept the practices described here. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the application.

Fitio is built around conversations, not identities.
The app does not ask who you are, where you live, or how you should be categorized. It exists to simulate fictional characters and generate dialogue in response to what you choose to say.
As a result, the way Fitio handles information is intentionally limited. Data is processed to make conversations work, keep the service stable, and ensure a safe experience—nothing more.
When you use Fitio, the main information involved is the content you decide to send.
This includes:
· messages and prompts you type into conversations;
· optional information you share when contacting support or providing feedback.
Fitio does not require account registration and does not ask for personal identifiers in order to chat with characters.
Messages you send are processed by AI systems to generate replies from fictional characters.
This processing is automated and exists solely to deliver the conversation experience. Messages are not reviewed to identify users, build personal profiles, or infer real-world identity.
Conversations may be temporarily stored to support continuity, safety, or system improvement, but they are not treated as personal dossiers or behavioral records.
Fitio does not access your device continuously or without purpose.
Access to certain features happens only when you actively choose to use them. For example, if you decide to upload or change a profile image, the app may request access to your photo library or camera. If voice-based input is available, microphone access may be requested solely to convert spoken words into text.
Fitio does not listen in the background, record conversations, or monitor audio outside of explicit user actions.
Network access is required for message delivery and AI response generation. Limited activity-related information may be processed in aggregated form to help maintain performance and detect technical issues. This data is not used for advertising or cross-application tracking.
You remain in control of permissions and may adjust or revoke them at any time through your device settings.
To keep Fitio functional and reliable, certain technical data may be processed, such as:
· device and operating system type;
· basic performance metrics;
· error or crash diagnostics.
This information is used to maintain stability, improve reliability, and resolve technical problems. It is not used to identify individual users.
Fitio does not sell personal data.
Fitio does not create advertising profiles.
Fitio does not track users across other apps or services.
Information is not used for marketing targeting, identity analysis, or behavioral monetization.
Information may be shared only in limited circumstances, such as:
